Important Operational Notes with General Terms & Condition that apply when booking our services:
All due payments must be cleared well before services are commencing.
Guest Photo identity like Aadhar Card/ passport must be shared at time of booking and at hotels, Passports in case of international tours.
Distances & travel time are approximate and may vary due to road/weather /Traffic and Congestion conditions.
Ensure warm clothing & essential when travelling up in the mountains,
Check –in time is 1500 hrs. and Check –out time is 11 am. Early check-in or late check- out fees must be settled directly with the hotel by the guest.
Child Policy varies from property to property.
Consumption of food / beverages /alcoholic beverages is not permitted in vehicle.
Due to bad weather itinerary may get changed or curtailed, in case of road blocks any expenses rising such as stay, food and vehicles hiring days, the difference will have to be borne by guest. That also means If the tour itinerary requires modification or extension due to unforeseen circumstances such as riots, floods, accidents, or other natural or man-made events including Road Blockages and Travel Disruptions, any additional expenses will be borne by the guests.
No refund is provided for any missed or partially used or unused service. any modification has to done and agreed prior to booking and confirmed in written.
Delays due to late starting of the day / tour schedule may lead to all sightseeing not getting covered.
We reserve the right to swap the touring vehicles & drivers with similar or upgraded vehicles.
A/c will not be used in hills while climbing. Hill drives may need AC / Heater to be switched off for safe drive to avoid power loss.
In case of stoppages / halts or longer than 10 minutes in traffic congestion, vehicle will be stopped with engine being turned off. That mean AC will not be running when stationary.
You are requested to allow driver to have meal & bio breaks.
It’s recommended to offer on duty meal and tip to driver, it’s only a recommendation.
After 9 pm late night charges apply which are additional of Rs. 500/-
Domestic tour taxi / vehicle Local Sightseeing is for 8hrs 80 Kms or as per mentioned in itinerary.
Any special area tours like Rohtang need prior permissions and the same is subject to approval and additional charges, any place where union restriction are applicable like in Kashmir, Union cabs have to be hired directly as per their norms
Pre- medical condition should be discussed and informed to us beforehand.
Food- Veg/ Non-Veg/Jain Food to be specified beforehand and subject to availability at the hotel or stay facility. Any food allergies to be specified 48-hour prior of activity/ meal.
Any claims arising from any hotel, vendors, food outlets need to be settled directly, we are facilitating your experience only. That also included any deviations, additions, unused services etc.
In case of any damage / soilage / spoilage to vehicle / hotel etc. will have to be settled on spot by guest and delays arising due to same have to be accommodated and accepted. In an event of vomiting the vehicle will need to be dry cleaned cost varied from 2500-5000, guest will be required to settle the same.
In case of any adventure activities, you agree to our labiality waiver conditions & policies.
Any claim or damages that may arise due to guest engaging in activities or any sports or event solely their own responsibility, we are not responsible for any settlement or mediation.
Its recommended to take Domestic Medical / travel Insurance to cover any unforeseen occurrences.
Incase of situation where your accommodation operator has an unplanned downtime or temporary curtailment of operations similar alternative will be offered.
Kindly be aware that most budget & basic hotel don’t have power back ups or 24×7 hot running water, some accommodations heater are charged separately. Kindly also be aware that in high altitude locations limited facilities are provided by stay operators which vary from season to season. Do check details once you get the confirmation of booking.
Any dispute is subject to courts of Palampur only.

Reservations are made only against prepayments.
Signing of Indemnity Bond is a must for each and every one. Still as a clear disclosure – if you are availing any service from Himalayan Adrenaline or Great Himalayan Adventure Studio Pvt. Ltd. onsite or offsite, you are automatically in acceptance & bound by the rules, regulations & policies including that of the declarations and terms of Indemnity bond. Making it clear that all activities are undertaken at the participants own will & Himalayan Adrenaline or Great Himalayan Adventure Studio Pvt. Ltd. will have no liability towards any sort of claim.
You would have to provide a Photo ID – Aadhar Card / Driving License / Passport / Student ID / Govt. of India Issued card –Same is retained till completion of activities.
Wearing safety gear is compulsory & no ride will be offered without them & Wearing of Shoes is highly recommended.
ATV Rider: Must be of age 14 years or older for Smaller ATV 18 years or older for All categories weight limit of 95Kgs or as specified by the ATV manufacturer. Its sole discretion of the team & management of Himalayan Adrenaline (Brand Owned by Great Himalayan Adventure Studio Private. Limited.) to allow or not to allow the prospective participant to undertake any activity. Decision of Instructors and Management will be final in terms of permitting to allow you or anyone to ride or undertake any activity.
We want you to have fun but No excessive speeds while riding is permitted. Rash riding may get your ride curtailed. Besides any damage done to any equipment or ATV/ ORV / any machine or any item which ever it may be. The user is fully responsible for 100% repair or replacement as per Himalayan Adrenaline brand owned by Great Himalayan Adventure Studio Private. Limited. ’s satisfaction. A deposit of Rs. 10000/- will be taken.
Participant / s are solely responsible for your health and safety & you release Himalayan Adrenaline Brand Owned by Great Himalayan Adventure Studio Private. Limited. From any liability for losses that may arise out of participants participation at any event or activities operated or organized by Himalayan Adrenaline brand owned by Great Himalayan Adventure Studio Private. Limited.
Any damaged caused to the equipment, gear or property in any form will be solely the responsibility of the participant and he/ she will be solely responsible for repairs or replacement and days loss on business of the same as per standards laid by Himalayan Adrenaline or Great Himalayan Adventure Studio Pvt. Ltd their decision over the matter will be over and above all and final.
If you are not able to ride the atv or undertake any activity mid way you will be liable to pay the charges in full.
Any partly availed activity or booking will not be refundable and will be charged as per tarrif or charges mentioned.
Instructions will be clearly given to you, they are meant for your safety and wellbeing, All advised gear is always required to be worn without any exception at all the time of the activity till you are advised to remove the same. Any Non adherence or violation of instructions and rules would result in you not being offered the service and your booking will be forfeited.
If anyone is seen or suspected of using or of have used illegal substances or drinking any type of alcoholic beverages before & during the trip or activity, that person will not be allowed to go on the activities / trip any further. There will be no refunds or credits given under any circumstances. The person may be reported to relevant authorities.
Himalayan Adrenaline brand owned by Great Himalayan Adventure Studio Private. Limited. / Organiser / Track owners / Guides cum Instructors reserve the right to withdraw, stop or refuse any rider who do not comply to the rules and regulations. In such circumstances, there shall be no refund or any kind of dispute.
No riding in unapproved areas – designated areas and trails provided by the Himalayan Adrenaline Brand Owned by Great Himalayan Adventure Studio Private. Limited only.
Prices may be changed and the same will be confirmed to you at the time of booking.
All payment must be finalized prior to the tour in form of Cash / Paytm / Bank transfers.
Himalayan Adrenaline brand owned by Great Himalayan Adventure Studio Private. Limited.) has all the rights to modify any service to maintain safety and delivery standards as per sole discretion and decision of its management.
All participants should be in reasonable physical condition. If you have a heart condition, back, neck, broken bones or are pregnant, our activities are not for you except walks and Cycling, It will be the sole decision & discretion of Himalayan Adrenaline’s team and management to allow anyone on the activities
In any case whatsoever decision of the Management of Himalayan Adrenaline a brand owned by Great Himalayan Adventure Studio Pvt. Ltd. will be final and ultimate.
In case any participant engages into any violent, un-parliamentary or unruly behaviour which may lead or be anticipated to cause damage of any sort or any kind of hindrance in operations – Himalayan Adrenaline a brand owned by Great Himalayan Adventure Studio Private. Limited. Has the authority to have him prosecuted and handover him / her to the relevant authorities.
All disputes that may arise will only be subject to courts of Palampur.
All charges, Terms 7 conditions may change time to time and you are requested to kindly check the same at you own accord and will before undertaking any services.
